Article Deletion
aka How You Can Waste Your Time and Ours by Submitting Garbage

Over the past several months the staff at High Profile Articles 3 has received a number of emails asking why articles have been deleted rather than published or declined (along with an email explanation).  The reason is quite simple.  The articles deleted do not meet our guidelines and probably don't meet the guidelines of most other article sites.  So, we delete them.  We don't send a declination email because it's a waste of time, most articles we delete have multiple problems and we've found authors are unlikely to fix them.  After all, they didn't read our guidelines in the first place.

However...since we would like authors to continue to send their articles we will include on this page the most likely reasons your article has been or will be deleted.

2.  The keywords section is longer than the summary of the article or just excessively long.
3.  The keywords don't match the article's content.
4.  The keywords section contains a url or web address.
5.  HTML tags are included in the keywords section.

Article Summary:  The article summary will get your article deleted when...

1.  The article summary is the same as the title.  That's not a SUMMARY!
2.  The article summary contains multiple paragraphs.

7.  The article body is written completely or partially as an advertisement or press release instead of an information article.
8.  The article is written poorly.  This includes poor grammar and articles that are clearly "spun".
9.  The article has a copyright notice included that violates our policies.
