Article Submission Policies

The rules for submitting your articles to High Profile Articles 3 are simple, but they must be followed!

• The Articles that you submit must be your own work - You may only submit articles written by you or a ghost author hired by you. The content must be unique. No rebranded articles allowed, you must be the sole copyright holder for each article you submit. Articles written by a ghost writer are perfectly acceptable as long as you are the sole copyright holder and the article is being used only by yourself and the ghost writer's name is not present.
• No Advertisements - If your article looks like an advertisement for a service or product it will be deleted. The resource box allows you to advertise yourself or product, the article itself must be an information article.
• By submitting your articles to High Profile Articles 3, you grant us the right to publish your articles - We may publish your article anywhere on our website, blog, or syndicate through RSS. We may also change where it appears, including the category, at any time.
• By submitting your articles to High Profile Articles 3, you grant others the right to publish your articles - Other High Profile Articles 3 users have the right to publish your articles on their websites, in their newsletters, blogs, or ezines, and more as long as the article is left in the original state. This includes the resource box which provides you credit as the author of the content. Placing a copyright notice in the article will result in deletion unless you grant others the right to republish in accordance with our policies.
• Article Length - Articles must be at least 350 words and not more than 1500 words as counted by the High Profile Articles 3 software in the article body.  Article length does not include the article summary or resource box.
• 3 Links Maximum - You are permitted to have three links in the resource box.  This may be combination of websites and email links but there may only be three total regardless of combination.
• No affiliate links! - The articles that you submit to High Profile Articles 3 shall not contain affiliate links. It is acceptable, however, to mention the URL's of helpful sites or your own website which redirects to the recommended affiliate product.
• No Links in the Title, Article Body, or Summary - High Profile Articles 3 does not permit authors to place any kind of live link in the article title, article summary or article body.  Links in any of these places ensures deletion of the article.  Repeat offenders are likely to have their author account and all previous articles deleted at the discretion of the High Profile Articles 3 staff.
• Submitting your articles to High Profile Articles 3 does not entitle you to financial compensation of any kind - You will not receive compensation from HighProfileArticles.info, its owners, editors, staff or the users of our directory for articles you submit.
• Submitting an article in no way guarantees inclusion in our directory - We reserve the right to reject an article submission for any reason.
• Articles must be spellchecked and proof read for grammatical errors prior to submitting - Do not submit articles filled with spelling errors and bad grammar. We do monitor article submissions and we will reject content that doesn't meet this requirement.
